I'm so angry about the whole situation. I'm still crying every night for my husband and I'm mentally exhausted.

Why isn't there a real person that I can talk to? This is ridiculous

They wanted the donations back, after I had paid the funeral home for my husband's service, his daughter however, started a gofundme for my husband. She used the funds for herself. I have to end up paying the funeral home and still owed them. This is crazy, they shut down my account without any explanation, I can not log in, I can not reach anyone live. What funds are they wanting back when they took out a fee for every transaction. I have to verify myself 10 times, they asked some stupid questions like. Who am I, what's this for? How am I planning on using the funds? As many time as I verify, they send some donations back and now, they email me wanting more. I didn't get but a little over 1k, you think that's enough to paid for my late husband's service? Like if I'm not suffering and crying each day. This is so damn stupid, I'm so mad because why didn't they go after my husband's daughter who raised about 3.5 times the amount I got and I paid the funeral home . I have receipts to provide. I'm going thru *** because I lost my home since and been homeless. It's drained me emotionally, mentally and physically. I want to really sued gofundme and I think I will for the trauma they had left in my mind

Preferred solution: The donations they send back and an apology. After that, just never contact me again I will never used their website and I will file a complaint with the office of the attorney General

In desperate need of legal representation

I am a male who is in the middle of a very bad divorce battle. I am 58yesrs old and I bought and married a lady from a foreign country who now wants a divorce. The state of Texas is trying to award her half my remaining retirement account when I have her 9 years of my pension 10 years ago. The state is trying to make us sell the marital property when I have her the profit from the first marital residence which i purchased prior to our marriage in 2004. So far, I have not been treated fairly regard this matter. I have a final hearing on November 27, 2023 coming soon and would like help to appeal in case o am mistreated again.

I cant create a GoFundMe account because the four digit code keep being sent to the last four digits of my old phone number and every time I fill out the forms and put my new number it still keep sending the code to my old phone number

Dear sir or madam: I am reaching out to you in hopes of getting some help with a gofundme account I have for my son who has past away. I have a new email, which I used to contact you now, and a new phone number which is 828-365-****. I can not log in due to the fact I no longer have access to my initial email for the gofundme account which was wyla78@***.com. The old phone number I started with was from a friend's phone number at the time which I have no access to as well. I have adequate proof of identification for my self which I have attached to this email. I would truly appreciate help with getting logged back into my account. I left my new email as another source to contact me and I have sent in a copy ofy id with the proper date written below the id needed for the confirmation for verification. I don't understand why my GoFundMe fundraiser for myself is not being seen on the GoFundMe fundraiser page with everyone else's.

I created a GoFundMe fundraiser for myself and I keep looking to see if my GoFundMe fundraiser is on the GoFundMe page with all of the other people's GoFundMe fundraiser's, but I don't see mine on there. I'm upset because mine is not on the GoFundMe page with everyone else's.

I set up a GoFundMe for a friend, who has not been able to set up her bank transfers. The website does not offer any solutions to her being unable to set up this link and there is NO One who has been able to help. This is so frustrating!

Their bots cannot possibly address and you can only communicate in effectively through email, which, of course takes forever. Their program cannot be download it onto a computer. Consequently, all of your personal information has to go on your phone, banking information, tax information, etc. if you do not fit in with the homogenized consumer, there is no help or alternative. Not that this will make any difference whatsoever.
