Hello, A few days ago I edited the campaign and clicked PUBLISH. Until now I`ve not noticed the new edited version online. How long does it take to be published? The campaign`s promotion is now at a standstill. Also, I`m VERY frustrated with the chatbot Ray, it doesn't respond to my prompt, and thus I can not connect with live support. I created a GoFundMe 7 days ago emergency situation I had I have five brand new puppies in my truck 105 out of gas and that's the reason I created to GoFundMe somebody sent me $10 I got it in one day now my step mom sent me $50 4 days ago and they're still giving me the runaround seeing the computer does it this and that it's I have the snapshots right now the $48.90 is available for transfer but it isn't they sure took their fee right off the top my stepmom says it's all run through and they still trying to push me off

Please help! On 8/31 I set up a GoFundme to help out the neighborhood music store, Troll Music, here in Venice, FL because they got their roof blown off during Hurricane Idalia. I created the GoFundMe and named William Day, the owner of the store (billy@***.com), as the beneficiary. He added and verified his account info for transfers. It should have been that simple. Shortly after, I received an email from the GoFundMe Trust and Safety Team (Ticket 1327****) but the part about a response being required was not visible as it is at the end of the subject line. The email asked me to look over the details and ensure points were clear and gave instructions to get my beneficiary set up. It did not say a reply was needed within the body of the email. After several days, my beneficiary alerted me that the funds release was on pause and he did not know why. At that point (9/5) I reached out to chat support and was told that the funds were not released because I never replied to that email. So I promptly found the email and replied to it saying that I have looked everything over and confirmed that everything was accurate and legitimate. When the status had not changed by 9/8, I sent another approval reply to the Trust and Safety Team email. Today is 9/11 and my beneficiary went to chat support to try to get a status update and was told that it was still on hold because I hadnt replied to the email. So I went and replied again. My beneficiary is desperate and needed this funding ASAP and now his business is at risk and it has taken over a week to get this campaign approved for funds transfer. Please get to the bottom of this situation and do what is necessary to get the funds released. If you need any further information from me you can call me at (203) 231-**** or email me back and I will get you whatever you need. Thank you in advance for your help! I've conducted a fundraiser for a friend who was conned out of his life savings and I am having difficulty getting the money I raised transferred to him and can't do anything but try to do a customer chat or email. The first email from them came back with "no content". I'm attempting to do it through chat and my 3-5 minute wait time so far is never ending wait time...

GoFundMe is refusing to release very needed money for Morocco to Abdelfatah Abbou. He is a well respected musician, cultural ambassador, and lover of all things Amazigh (Berber). He is well connected in the country and well placed to distribute these donations. The earthquake was very close to his hometown and people are suffering. We are all furious with GoFundMe. GoFundMe cannot be trusted and works for a small group of controllers who are not on the side of Truth or Freedom. They had no reason to freeze the GrayZone's fundraiser, yet they did and have seized the money. They are a bunch of shysters and are living up to their reputation.

Please tell me how I change this situation ! I just received an email stating o would be doing a monthly go fund me for a friend . It is only a one time donation of 100 dollars for my friend . I DO not and CAN not do a monthly fee. Please cancel this ! Make it only be a 100 dollar One Time donation .
