Can’t withdraw my funds
It won't let me withdraw my funds from my GoFundMe account. Plus, it said there is only $75 in donations when there is over $700. Please help me resolve this.

Stolen dontnations wrong info
After the accident with no family or resources I was homeless for 18 months getting mugged in middle of the night barely surviving bc no one would help me with shelter.
I suffered many injuries such as brain damage, ABC spinal cord fractures (which have since healed) and I'm now living with an amputation below the right knee. I was on the tracks for almost a minute and no pressure alarm went off, causing the accident. It took them apparently almost 8 hours to remove me from under the sky train. Now for so long, no one would help me share my story.
So while I'm briefly staying in a shelter in Vancouver, I trusted someone to build my story. He put his email on instead of mine, nor my phone number, address, DOB, or any banking info and is refusing me access to my account.

Fraud/ customer service/ need my funds
I'm currently having a hard time with the ongoing GoFundMe for our emergency, and my home is at risk. There has been an issue; the people I have been dealing with through email responses are minimal and are now ignoring me. I desperately need my funds.

Resolved: On 8/12/24 I received an email informing me that...
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Somehow my complaint made it to a "Review Committee" and they decided to open my site, returned the withheld funds to me rather than to the donors and also said I could now resume fund raising.
On 8/12/24 I received an email informing me that my GFMe account was removed. -No Explanation.
Said donations they were holding (about $2,000) were returned to the donor and would be received in 7 days. It is now 24 days gone by and none has been returned. I continue to get e-mails 3-4 times week saying if I don't withdraw funds they will be returned to donor.
Account removed-I can't withdraw. Bot is no help-How can I get the money back to donors?

What the reason for mygofundme account become bloked

I resorted to creating a gofundme account because I need donors on a reliable platform like gofundme. He said my friend would create the account for me. It collected many donors and reached $2000 and more. Suddenly the account was closed and deleted.
I dont know why and how. What is the way to get it back, please?

Takes to long for funds to transfer
There doing okay, just miner improvements to do and I wouldn't have a issue. They have people's interest at heart.
