It is INSANE that a platform like this doesn't have a customer service number. I have uploaded bank details countless times, and it will not verify.
I chatted a customer service agent 5/3, they were busy and said I would get an email. I did... FIVE DAYS LATER. Then went through it all again with a new agent, submitted the info again.
They were chatting, then I guess their shift ended at 7. Stopped responding via email. Still can't get my funds.
Terrible customer service. This isn't the first time I have had an issue with getting funds (previously made one for a coworker that passed, it was near impossible to get the funds over to her daughter)
They were excellent, when I checked my account it was all taken care of. My account was all messed up, and they fixed it for me. I would recommend anybody that has any issues to contact them.
