GoFundMe - Customer No-Service
I had problems with GoFundMe declining one of my credit cards when i attempted to make a donation to a campaign. They would not help me and would not give me details so that I could take it up with my bank.
GoFundMe's "Customer Happiness Team" was useless. They responded to my specific and direct questions with boilerplate, lies, and platitudes. Communicating with them was a complete waste of my time.
GoFundMe conducts business in a dishonest way by providing no access to staff who can resolve customer problems such as mine. Email dialogs with bots or poorly trained and unskillled script reading drones is ineffective and grossly inadequate.
Stay away from GoFundMe , I know that I will in the future.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: A satisfactory explanation, an apology, and donations to campaigns of my choice..
