No customer support PHONE NUMBER!
I have brain damage & need 2 speak 2 PERSON 4 help w/my fundraiser and theres NO # 2 call for HELP!
I cant figure out how to do ANYTHING after I set up and posted my fundraiser! I have severe difficulty comprehending written instructions or directions.
Even tho Ive tried THREE times to follow the instructions for how to post my campaign to Instagram Ive failed miserably & am TOTALLY embarrassed that everyone had to see my non functioning campaign post!
The link only showed a part part of the link making it impossible for ANYONE to make a donation! I was humiliating THREE TIMES!
PLEASE get some REAL LIVE customer svc employees to help disabled people like me!

Once I get what my disability needs, I work in hands with GoFundMe forever when I am still alive.
My story has reached to 75%.
When I am compared at first and up to now, my story has reached to 75% to reach to an answer.
I got into an accident in 2012, and life is unstable to do anything at the right time. What our living God did, my mind is active except for the lower parts of the body. I can't support myself to stand up without any support, like someone, or using crutches, or using a wheelchair, or using parallel bars. My mother took me to Kisiizi Hospital, and doctors did the work, and finally, they said that 'enough is totally enough and next is our living God.' I am looking for funds to start a small business to ensure that my mind can be busy working, not keep on thinking too!

There are several fundraisers for a Renee Good, who violated several laws and even hit an ICE officer with her car. All these fundraisers are illegal, as a criminal is not allowed to profit from their crime.
Preferred solution: All campaigns for Ms. Renee Nicole Good removed and the monies returned....her family should not benefit from her crimes.

I made a donation for one time. They sent me an email that is a monthly donation, I have tried to email them 2 times to tell them that they made an error, but I cannot get in touch with them. I
Have a situation where it is not impossible to contact them. I really don't want to involve a lawyer to get in touch with them.
GoFundMe is supposed to help, not cause such frustration. You cannot reach them to make the correction, I

Absurd acceptance of domestic terriorist support
I find it appalling for your company to accept a go fund me account to support Renee Good and her illegitimate harassment of the ICE agents in Minnesota. Or anyone associated with this abomination.
Clearly in the wrong and to support this kind of behavior just shows how disgusting your company is.
She was a criminal paid harasser. Please consider dropping this absurd award for these people.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with other. After over a dozen emails back and forth, they finally sent me an email with a link that worked.
After several attempts, they finally told me that they couldn't read one of my documents because it was in html format. That could have been specified in the first place. I scanned a printed copy of the page and they were able to read that. I jokingly asked what next, a selfie?
Sure enough, after many letters claiming that all they needed was the paperwork, they asked me for a photo of my license and a selfie to confirm my identity. Nevermind that I had to do exactly that to get access to the government websites that they had requested information from. Aside from the inconvenience, everything was finally satisfactory. I started with their AI assistant, but it is very limited.
After very few questions I found myself in a loop where it would start the same sequence of questions over and over. They don't have a phone number, but I did ask to be connected to support. Best advice I can offer is not to expect any quick replies.
I can't imagine that I was the first or only customer to have these problems. It's a useful service, but you just have to wait for it.
The chat with Ray was a waste of time since it couldn't tell me why I got the error. I was transferred to a "specialist" who took an hour to respond with the same broken link as the email. I replied with a screenshot and was then ghosted for another 8 hours. It's been another hour waiting for a human.
Does anyone even read these messages? Couldn't even get an answer to how long I would have to wait.

Hi, my name is Robinique Turner. I started a GoFundMe with you guys trying to cash out my $200 for my service to get paid, and you guys took a fee and still ain't sent me my money.
I just don't get it. I really feel like you guys are a scam because I never heard of two fees being paid to cash out somebody else's money. I just want to know how I can get my money off my GFM, and that's it because I tried to transfer myself $200.
You guys took six dollars, so it's only $193 left, and then it says the transfer is zero dollars. I thought I just tried to transfer myself the whole $200, and you guys took six dollars, and now it's $193, but it's not sending me anything, so I don't get it.

Entering phone number
The space for a phone number will not accept my area code but instead uses one of its own. When I go to type my phone number in, all it will take is the phone exchange and it just repeats it five or six times and takes up all of the room.
